Az. Agr. Il Gottino Di Dabbene Felice

In Santa Vittoria d'Alba, Il Gottino cultivates twelve hectares of vineyards under a family management that spans four generations. The sole denomination is `Asti DOCG`, built on aromatic white grape varieties, from which the farm produces sparkling wine and still whites. The bubbles follow traditional and classic methods, with an aging process that aims to tame the aromatic exuberance of the grape variety and return it in a more composed form. The distinctive feature is continuity: four generations have refined the same skills on the same stretch of hills, without changing course. But the scope of action doesn't stop in Piedmont, as the commitment extends to a dedicated wine bar in Milan, where the aromas of the area reach urban palates directly.
