Antonietta Salvetti's winery, based in Castelraimondo, oversees four DOCG denominations across some of the most esteemed areas of the Marche region. This portfolio spans the region from north to south, showcasing its magnificent whites and reds destined for aging. Two distinct souls guide its production. On one side, the Verdicchio wines: the Verdicchio di Matelica Riserva and the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Riserva, structured and long-lived whites that owe their tension to altitude and calcareous soils. On the other, the reds: the Vernaccia nera di Serrapetrona, offered both as a structured still wine and a delicate sparkling wine, and the Cònero, a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese that requires two years before release. This geographical and stylistic variety is not a dispersion but a mastery of the regional terroir, where the interaction between altitude and limestone forges wines of distinction and endurance. The winery's work lies in harmonizing four distinct Marche identities without flattening them into a single stylistic signature.
