Az. Agr. Taverna Roberto

In Neive, on the Langhe hills, Az. Agr. Taverna Roberto cultivates vineyards planted in the 1930s, witnesses to a century of Piedmontese winemaking. The family was among the first to bottle Barbaresco from the area, a gesture that anticipated today's focus on terroir; since 2019, that same vocation has been measured against modern winemaking techniques, without abandoning the principle of minimal intervention in the cellar. The result is a work that combines memory and precision, passed down through three generations. The house's sole denomination, Asti DOCG, takes shape in its sparkling version and finds complement in still whites obtained from Moscato bianco and aromatic grape varieties, each aged to allow its unique profile to emerge. It's a range that always starts with grape quality and arrives in the glass with coherence.
