Az. Vin. Salatin Cav. Antonio s.n.c.

The roots of Az. Vin. Salatin trace back to 1528, when the family settled in Cordignano, but the actual winemaking activity began in 1947 with brothers Antonio and Ercole, who expanded the estate to seventy-five hectares within the Colli di Conegliano DOCG. Its location, nestled between the UNESCO World Heritage Prosecco hills and Friuli Grave, defines a point of balance between two viticultural worlds. A single DOCG denomination encompasses a wide range of grape varieties: Manzoni bianco, Pinot bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Riesling renano coexist within the same portfolio. The winery refines each style—white, red, passito—for a minimum of four months, as required by the regulations, yielding wines that reflect the variety of the Treviso hillside soils. This production unites the depth of a family rooted for centuries with the precision of a circumscribed area, where the choice of international and local grape varieties creates a plural yet coherent identity, held together by the denomination's constraints.
