San Colombano al Lambro DOC

Between the provinces of Pavia and Milan, Azienda Agricola Aurora Andronio cultivates small-scale vineyards where Croatina, Barbera, and Uva Rara find suitable conditions. The reference is San Colombano al Lambro DOC, a small denomination that the farm expresses in three forms—red, white, and sparkling—using ecological methods and winemaking faithful to the ancient spirit of the regulations. The declared goal is to preserve the aromatic and structural integrity of each vintage, without corrections that flatten its profile. San Colombano is one of Lombardy's most discreet denominations, a viticultural island surrounded by plains: working it means defending a local grape variety rather than chasing the taste of the moment. Alongside wine, the farm also produces honey extracted by cold centrifugation, a technique that leaves the product's natural properties unaltered. Two distinct but coherent supply chains with the same approach: intervene as little as possible, allowing raw material and territory to speak with their own voice, from glass to jar.
