On the volcanic slopes of Malfa, Azienda Agricola Biologica Caravaglio Antonino organically cultivates Malvasia di Lipari and Corinto nero, grapes that tell the story of the Aeolian archipelago even before becoming wine. The two denominations of the estate clearly divide their roles. Malvasia delle Lipari DOC is the core of their work: a white wine that encapsulates the archipelago's volcanic terroir and comes in dry, passito, and liquoroso versions—three ways of interpreting the same grape under the Aeolian sun. Alongside, the more flexible Salina IGT broadens the range to include whites, reds, and rosés, offering an everyday register that completes the island's portrait. Wind, sea, and volcanic soils converge in every glass, and the organic method preserves their clarity.
