Azienda Agricola CHIARA LO BIANCO

Azienda Agricola Chiara Lo Bianco cultivates Limone di Siracusa IGP in the coastal strip that unites the ten municipalities of the denomination, where proximity to the sea creates a microclimate favorable to citrus. The variety is Femminello, a cultivar that finds one of its most recognizable expressions in this part of Sicily, with its bright zest and abundant juice. Its particularity lies in the harvest distributed throughout the year, in three phases that are also three different fruits: Primofiore, Bianchetto, and Verdello. Each season imparts its own aromatic profile, from the vegetal and juicy drive of the warm months to the more complex concentration of winter harvests. The result is a versatile lemon, suitable for fresh consumption as well as culinary use, capable of maintaining both the productive continuity of the citrus grove and the variability of taste throughout the calendar. More than a single fruit, it's a cycle of harvests that reflects the very rhythm of the Syracuse countryside.
