Azienda Agricola Cobelli

Azienda Agricola Cobelli operates from Cavriana, at the hilly edge of the Mantuan region, a point from which it reaches four distinct wine territories. On one side are the Lambrusco denominations, with the Viadanese and Maestri varieties and the two provincial geographical indications that broaden their scope; on the other, the Garda Colli Mantovani area, where the northern slopes feel the influence of the lake and impart a fresher, more saline tension to the wines. This breadth allows for different interpretations of the same agricultural landscape. The Lambruschi convey the lively and convivial spirit of the plain, while the hillside expressions seek structure, later ripening, and a mineral precision derived from altitude and soils. Moving between the sparkling tradition and more still, structured wines, Cobelli fully measures the range of a terroir that changes its character within a few kilometers, from the floodplain to the slopes exposed towards Lake Garda, each with its own signature in the glass.
