Nestled within the Parco Naturale del Monte San Bartolo, Azienda Agricola De Leyva stands as the sole winery within its borders, cultivating approximately nine hectares of vineyards that gently slope towards the hills of Pesaro. On this contained area, Davide Leva focuses on a portfolio of four DOCG denominations, a rare breadth for a winery of its size. The red wine register is entrusted to Cònero, which yields structured wines from the Montepulciano grape; the sparkling wine to Vernaccia di Serrapetrona, with its dark skin; and Verdicchio appears in two distinct reserves, one from Matelica and one from Castelli di Jesi, showcasing how the same grape variety changes its voice according to its terroir. This is park viticulture, shaped by the protected nature of San Bartolo, and the winery embraces this as its distinctive feature, transforming the territory's constraints into the very essence of the glass.
