In Carinola, within the five municipalities of the protected area, Azienda Agricola Di Rosa cultivates Melannurca Campana IGP, focusing on the Annurca and Rossa del Sud varieties. These apples have a distinct profile: white and dense flesh, characteristic red skin, and an uncompromising crispness. A pomological identity that is not improvised but emerges from the repetition of agricultural practices handed down in the Casertano area. The color and consistency that distinguish these fruits require conscious cultivation, attentive to ripening times and local practices that define their character.
