Azienda Agricola Guglielmini

In Miradolo Terme, in the province of Pavia, Azienda Agricola Guglielmini carries on four decades of viticulture. Since 1990, the transformation has been clear: from a mixed farm, divided between milk and wine, to an enterprise dedicated solely to the vineyard. The expansion of the land has allowed white grapes to be added alongside the family's flagship wine, San Colombano DOC—a structured red from Croatina, Barbera, and Uva Rara that remains the core of production. Today, half of what leaves the cellar meets the denomination standard, a sign of a choice oriented towards quality rather than volume. Marco and Paolo Guglielmini lead the way, welcoming visitors for tastings and supplying private clients, trattorias, and shops in the San Colombano area. A stop in Miradolo Terme allows one to taste this Lombard red where it is produced, following the thread that links a hillside grape variety to the glass served just a few kilometers away.
