Azienda Agricola Le Querce cultivates the sun-drenched lands of the Syracuse plain, where the Femminello lemon finds its ideal environment in the Mediterranean coastal conditions. Production focuses on Limone di Siracusa IGP, obtained through three distinct harvests throughout the season — Primofiore, Bianchetto, and Verdello — each corresponding to a different degree of ripeness and its own aromatic profile. This continuous harvesting is the hallmark of the company: it allows the protected Siracusan area, which involves ten municipalities, to guarantee fruits with consistent juice content and aromatic intensity for much of the year. Not a single harvest, but a succession of windows that follow the plant's cycle and capture different moments. The result is a citrus fruit with a recognizable character, in which the Femminello variety and the maritime climate remain discernible in each of the three types, from the crispness of Primofiore to the later nuances of Verdello.
