AZIENDA AGRICOLA MAZZOLA DI GIOBBI MANUEL
Azienda Agricola Mazzola di Giobbi Manuel oversees four DOCG denominations distributed across the most suitable territories of the Marche region, navigating between soils and grape varieties that reveal different facets of the region. It's a broad scope, bringing together the coast and the hinterland, structured reds and long-aging whites. The four DOCG wines are divided by type. From the volcanic lands of Serrapetrona comes Vernaccia nera, offered in unusual sparkling and red versions; in Cònero, Montepulciano and Sangiovese rest for twenty-four months to build deep, tannic reds. The two Verdicchio Riserva wines, on the other hand, mark the geography of Marche's white wines: the compact Matelica area, nestled in eight high-altitude municipalities, and the more extensive Castelli di Jesi district, spread across nineteen municipalities. The thread that unites them is a methodical approach, where each vintage is calibrated to bring out both the character of the grape variety and the signature of its terroir, without yielding to homogenization.
