Azienda Agricola Mucciolo Antonio operates in the main districts of the Salerno area, with roots in Castel San Lorenzo. Its portfolio extends across five denominations that intertwine oil and wine: on one side, the Cilento DOP extra virgin olive oil, recognizable by its green-yellow color and spicy character; on the other, an oenological program that spans four zones, from DOC Castel San Lorenzo to DOC Cilento, and the broader IGT Colli di Salerno and Paestum. The red wines are defined by black grape varieties: Barbera, Sangiovese, and especially the indigenous Aglianico, which express complexity across multiple denominations rather than in a single label. These are still wines with moderate alcohol content, between 10 and 11.5%, reflecting the variety of provincial microclimates more than a pursuit of power.
