Azienda Agricola Rodella

In Sellero, in Valle Camonica, Azienda Agricola Rodella cultivates just seven thousand square meters of vineyard, a minimal scale that already speaks of mountain viticulture. Marco Grazioli works with Riesling Renano, Incrocio Manzoni, and Müller Thurgau, employing natural fermentations, and also cultivates berries alongside the vines. The method is clearly stated: a "micro-natural" viticulture, where live particles on the foliage protect the plant from diseases without external intervention. This approach gives rise to the Valcamonica IGT range, the winery's sole denomination, yet articulated in three styles—white, red, and passito—all united by minimal cellar manipulation. Each version uniquely translates the Brescian mountain terroir, amidst temperature fluctuations and high-altitude soils. The winery welcomes those who wish to experience this philosophy firsthand: by ascending to Sellero, visitors can walk through the vineyard plots, understand what "micro-natural" means here, and taste the white, red, and passito side-by-side, appreciating how little intervention is needed to bring a mountain into the glass.
