The geography is varied, but the unifying thread is the shared volcanic origin of the soils, which imparts tension and savoriness to both reds and whites. Among the reds, Falerno del Massico, built on Aglianico and Piedirosso, and Galluccio, with its concentrated expressions, stand out. On the white side, Aversa, based on the delicate and vibrant Asprinio, and Roccamonfina, with its fresh interpretations, are produced. Completing the picture is Terre del Volturno, the most versatile denomination, capable of hosting a varied portfolio. These five zones, encompassing DOC and IGT, reflect a precise commitment to territorial diversity and strict aging protocols, which demand depth and structure from the wines.
