Balducci Ivan cultivates 31 hectares across two estates—Cà Rossa and Framonta—in the hills between Forlì and Faenza, where clay-rich soils and proximity to the Adriatic create ideal conditions for Albana and white-berried varieties. The producer merges traditional harvest timing with contemporary winemaking equipment, producing Romagna Albana DOCG in dry and passito styles that express both vineyard care and technical precision.
