Barbero Andrea – Le Due Vigne Ss

In Santo Stefano Belbo, among the Cuneo hills that have made Moscato famous, Barbero Andrea – Le Due Vigne operates within the Asti DOCG denomination. Moscato bianco, alongside aromatic white grape varieties native to Piemonte, gives rise to interpretations ranging from still wines to sparkling wines, including versions produced with metodo classico. Working with a single denomination does not imply uniformity: within Asti DOCG, the producer explores different registers, from the immediate freshness of simpler bottles to the greater complexity of refermented bases. Each expression respects the area's protocols and prescribed aging times, calibrating sweetness, effervescence, and aromaticity according to the regulations.
