🏡 Tastings & visitsColli Orientali del Friuli Picolit DOCGRamandolo DOCGRosazzo DOCG

Twenty-seven hectares on the most coveted slopes of Friuli-Venezia Giulia define the scope of Bastianich, a winery founded in 1997 in Cividale del Friuli. The three denominations it focuses on are all DOCG and among the most emblematic of the region: Ramandolo, Rosazzo, and Colli Orientali del Friuli Picolit. This trio tells the story of the northeastern vocation for great white wines, from sweet to structured dry varieties. Ramandolo is made from Verduzzo Friulano and reaches 14% by volume; Rosazzo is a crisp blend of Friulano and Sauvignon sourced from three municipalities within its area; Picolit completes the triad with rare passito wines that condense the precision of hillside viticulture. Each label is born from geological specificity and rigorous vineyard discipline, rather than an imposed stylistic signature. Those who visit Cividale del Friuli can tour the cellar and verify through tasting how these three DOCG wines, each in its own way, translate the austere character of the eastern hills.
