Bellavista

Bellavista works with a single denomination, Franciacorta DOCG, within the territory of 19 municipalities where Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco, and Erbamat grapes ripen. Their catalog focuses on sparkling and rosé wines, each aged for a minimum of 18 months: it is during this long period on the lees that the wines build complexity and finesse. With a minimum alcohol content of 11.5%, these sparkling wines seek a balance between freshness and structure, without sacrificing one for the other. Concentrating entirely on a single designation allows them to measure the nuances of the four permitted grape varieties and the method, vintage after vintage, as variations of a unique grammar. The winery welcomes visitors to see their work up close: a tasting in the cellar reveals the Franciacorta terroir and the meticulous methodology behind every bottle.
