Bellussi

Bellussi is rooted in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area, the hilly amphitheater where `Glera` and local varieties give `Prosecco` its most complete form, that recognized by the `DOCG`. Here, the denomination is not an abstract label but a craft of steep slopes, specific exposures, and manual harvests, from which the entire range of sparkling wines is born: from the leaner `frizzante` to the most refined `spumante`. The producer skillfully combines inherited practices with measured innovation, without forcing one over the other. The result is wines that prioritize the authenticity of the grape variety over stylistic convention, seeking elegance and distinctiveness rather than immediate impact. Each label carries this dual thread—transmitted technique and a forward-looking drive—expressed according to the degree of effervescence and intended use.
