Barbera d'Asti DOCGRuchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCGTerre Alfieri DOCG

In Neviglie, where the Langhe vineyards slope down towards the Tanaro, BERA di Bera Valter continues a journey that began in the 1970s, when the company abandoned the anonymous sale of grapes to embark on the path of quality. Valter Bera inherits this legacy, rooted in a territory of marl and limestone. The work is structured around three Piedmontese denominations, all DOCG: Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato, with its aromatic profile; Barbera d'Asti, the red backbone of the area; and Terre Alfieri, completing the picture. Each wine reflects the soil matrix and respects the alcohol content and aging times imposed by its respective denomination, so that the character of the terroir remains fixed in the bottle without shortcuts. More than a catalog, this triptych tells of a precise geographical location, suspended between Langhe and Monferrato, and the consistency of a choice made half a century ago and never disproven. Here, wine becomes a memory of that conversion.
