Bersano oversees two hundred and thirty hectares between Langhe and Monferrato, in Piemonte, selecting aromatic grape varieties, above all `Moscato bianco`, for a single denomination: `Asti DOCG`. The scale is broad, but the production choice is focused, revolving entirely around the fragrance of `Moscato` in both sparkling and sweet white wines. The Massimelli family, heirs to Arturo Bersano's vision, guides the estate, selecting the best grapes for wines aged for at least one month before bottling. Focusing on a single, widely renowned `DOCG` demands rigor more than variety: the promise is territorial precision, consistency between vineyard and glass vintage after vintage. The winery is open to the public: those in Langhe and Monferrato can book a visit with a tasting, following the path from the rows of vines to the aromatic bubbles of `Asti`.
