Bortolin Angelo Spumanti

The story of Bortolin Angelo Spumanti is measured in generations. In 1968, Angelo inherited his father Desiderio's legacy and transformed it into a family business; in 1993, he involved his children Cristina, Paola, and Desiderio, and since 2010, the latter has led it. Around them remains a single focus: the meticulous care of the vineyards in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area. From here comes a Prosecco DOCG, expressed across the entire range, from the most delicate frizzante to the more structured spumante. Alongside Glera, the denomination's main grape, the family revives Trevigiano varieties like Verdiso and Bianchetta trevigiana, pieces that add depth and memory to the picture. The result is a broad interpretation of a single hilly territory, where family continuity and fidelity to traditional grape varieties work together to convey the complexity encapsulated by the Conegliano Valdobbiadene regulations.
