delle Venezie DOC

From Salgareda, in the province of Treviso, Bosco Viticultori manages one of the most extensive denominations in the Northeast, delle Venezie DOC, coordinating 6,000 hectares distributed between the provinces of Treviso and Venice. Behind the name is a cooperative of over 2,000 associated grape growers, whose annual harvest exceeds 90 million kilograms of grapes. Scale is the distinguishing feature. The grapes pass through nine regional wineries equipped with temperature-controlled tanks and eighty-five autoclaves capable of processing 40,000 hectoliters destined for sparkling wine production. On the axis of white wines are Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, and Garganega, bottled by two lines that reach 35 million bottles per year. This setup demonstrates how volume and qualitative consistency are not necessarily contradictory: the standardization of processes here becomes the tool to unite thousands of different contributions under a single denomination, returning a recognizable profile to those seeking Triveneto wine in its most widespread expression.
