Camera Ettore

Camera Ettore is rooted in the hilly area of Tocco da Casauria, in the province of Pescara, within the Aprutino Pescarese DOP zone. His extra virgin olive oils translate the character of this territory: a light to medium fruitiness, imbued with herbaceous notes, with hues that shift from green to yellow. Each harvest reflects the identity of the area, where the calcareous soil and climate guide the natural quality of the oil even before it reaches the mill. A single denomination serves as a reference, and around it, a clear and measured profile is built: the contained fruitiness and herbaceous notes declare its origin without seeking power for its own sake. The chromatic variations, from green to yellow, follow the course of the harvests rather than a bottle aesthetic. The result is a portrait of an Abruzzese producer faithful to the measure of his hilly landscape, where the olive tree finds the conditions to express itself with consistency.
