Campo al Noce
Between Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, where sea breezes ascend towards wooded hills, Campo al Noce cultivates a microclimate made unique by the Tuscan coast. The winery operates within two contiguous denominations, Bolgheri DOC and Bolgheri Sassicaia DOC, alternating whites from Vermentino and Sauvignon with reds crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. This range covers the entire spectrum of the Bolgheri territory, from the saline freshness of the whites to the structure of the Bordeaux blends that have made this corner of Maremma famous. Each vintage is conceived as a conduit between the landscape and the table, with the ambition of transferring the sea air and the contours of the hills surrounding the rows into the glass. The two denominations do not overlap but complement each other, offering different interpretations of the same soil. Visitors are welcome by appointment: arriving in advance allows one to explore the boundary between white and red together and to understand, sip after sip, how a single coast can express such diverse registers.
