Cant. Soc. Di Fontanile D’asti S.C.A.

In Fontanile, among the Asti hills, a cooperative winery gathers the work of its members within the DOCG dell'Asti, which extends across fifty-one municipalities. The winery focuses its attention on Moscato bianco and aromatic white grape varieties, from which it draws the entire spectrum of the denomination: sweet sparkling wine, traditional method sparkling wine, and still white wines, aged for at least one month before bottling. This is a collective interpretation of Piedmont's most celebrated sparkling wine grape, where the cooperative's collective dimension aligns diverse enological disciplines starting from a single grape. Fontanile thus offers a privileged vantage point on a denomination that the public often knows only in its sweeter version.
