In Costigliole d'Asti, among vineyards cultivated organically since 2017, Cantamessa carries on a family business dating back to 1870. The choice to allow the soil to regenerate between rows is not a whim, but the method by which the company seeks the authentic character of each parcel. The repertoire is distributed across three DOCG denominations: the aromatic and lively red Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato, the full-fruited Barbera d'Asti, and Terre Alfieri, where the Asti territory finds a fresher voice. Each wine is born with its own distinct character, designed to accompany Piedmontese cuisine.
