Cantina Aldeno

Cantina Aldeno holds a strategic position in Trentino viticulture, distributing its production across seven protected denominations. Five are Denominazioni di Origine Controllata: from Teroldego Rotaliano, a mineral red from its valley of origin, to the structured reds of Casteller, to the broad typologies of Trentino and Valdadige, and the sparkling wines of Trento DOC. Two Indicazioni Geografiche—Vallagarina and Vigneti delle Dolomiti—complete the range with more immediate whites. This portfolio spans the region's finest terroirs and reflects its altitudinal complexity. Trentino DOC, in particular, opens up a palette of grape varieties—Sauvignon, Müller Thurgau, Chardonnay—that speak to the alpine slopes' vocation for crisp whites, while the red denominations maintain a connection to valley floor tradition. Seven distinct origins, interpreted by a single winery as facets of a mountain landscape that changes character with every shift in altitude.
