Cantina Bacco

On the coastal plain of Nettuno, where volcanic soils meet the light of the Lazio Mediterranean, Cantina Bacco has been working since 1973 on a single denomination: Roma DOC. Fifty years have given the winery familiarity with this low, sun-drenched land, where Montepulciano, Cesanese, and Sangiovese find favorable conditions and yield straightforward white, red, and sparkling wines. There's no pretense here: visitors encounter an active production reality, where daily gestures tell half a century of work on the terroir more than any caption. The range follows the guidelines of the Roman disciplinary without seeking special effects, focusing on a recognizable character built vintage after vintage.
