Both wines draw from Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella—the classical backbone of the region. Amarone demands two years of patient aging before it reveals its concentration and dry power; Recioto, whether still or sparkling, showcases the sweet potential of the same terroir. This duality—dry intensity and candied richness—defines the producer's range within a single, historic zone of nineteen municipalities.
