Cantina Tani

In Monti, on the granite plateau of Gallura, Cantina Tani cultivates Vermentino under the conditions this variety prefers: intense sun, sea ventilation, and a granite-disintegration soil that sharpens its profile. From here springs the entire range of Vermentino di Gallura DOCG—still, spumante, and frizzante versions—where the common thread is the distinct minerality that the territory imparts to the grape. This interpretation harmonizes ancient roots with contemporary recognition, without succumbing to simplification: the same grape, expressed in different registers, to showcase how much Gallura can convey through a single white wine.
