Cantine Vitevis

In the province of Verona, Cantine Vitevis draws from three of Veneto's most celebrated denominations, all built around the Garganega grape and its white wines. The Custoza DOC opens the range with its blend of Garganega and Trebbiano Toscano, available in both basic and riserva versions; the Soave Superiore DOCG pairs Garganega with Chardonnay for wines of mineral precision; and the Recioto di Soave DOCG closes the circle on the sweet side, ranging from passiti to the most refined spumanti. This is an interpretation of Soave and its surroundings that covers the entire spectrum of possibilities: from the everyday balance of Custoza to the concentration of passiti made from dried grapes, passing through the mineral tension of the superiori. Each denomination responds to a distinct terroir, yet the common thread remains the same iconic Veronese grape, expressed as dry, superiore, or sweet. The result is a portrait of a winery that has chosen to tell the story of a specific territory through all its stylistic nuances.
