delle Venezie DOC

Casa Mondin produces in Trevignano, in the province of Treviso, within the DOC delle Venezie, one of Italy's most extensive wine regions with its 941 municipalities distributed between Veneto and Friuli. The winery works with Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay alongside six other white grape varieties, creating a range of fragrant whites that spans from the more mineral Pinot Bianco to the aromatic Müller-Thurgau, and their own Verduzzo. Within such a vast perimeter, the aim is not so much to claim a single cru as it is to precisely convey the identity of white wine from the Northeast. Each label respects the minimum alcohol levels of the regulations and focuses on the aromatic clarity, freshness, and varietal definition that characterize this style today. Casa Mondin thus navigates between international grape varieties that have become acclimatized and more local presences, seeking the same territorial interpretation in each. The result is a collection of contemporary whites, designed to speak the shared language of the denomination without sacrificing the nuances that distinguish one grape from another.
