Garofoli's Castelfidardo cellars trace five generations of Marchean winemaking, from early twentieth-century origins into the present day. The house commands four DOCG zones across the region: Vernaccia di Serrapetrona in its dark, sparkling form; Cònero's structured reds of Montepulciano and Sangiovese requiring 24-month maturation; and two expressions of Verdicchio—the Matelica version and the broader Castelli di Jesi—each aged 18 months minimum to develop their mineral complexity. Visits and tastings reveal the continuity of family technique across decades and terroir.
