CasaVentura

In Chiaramonte Gulfi, on the sunny heights of the Ragusa area, CasaVentura cultivates vines whose roots date back to the seventeenth century. Ten generations of Venturas have passed down the same territory from father to son, making every spring an anticipation and every harvest a decisive moment. Today, Sebastiano leads the company with the dedication that marks the family: from the summer growth of the vineyard to the measured harvest of Nero d'Avola and Frappato. From these two grapes comes Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG, which rests here for eight months in the cellar before revealing itself. The result is a red wine of vibrant color and straightforward drinkability, an authentic expression of the 14 municipalities that make up the zone in southeastern Ragusa. The wine combines the structure of Nero d'Avola and the fragrance of Frappato, yielding a profile that belongs only to this corner of Sicily, shaped by the sun, the soils, and a family continuity that has lasted for four centuries, preserved from generation to generation.
