CASCINA PERFUMO di Perfumo Marco

From Nizza Monferrato, Cascina Perfumo by Marco Perfumo embraces three denominations that guarantee the quality of southeastern Piemonte, each linked to a different grape variety. Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato is the estate's most emblematic red, aromatic and with a mineral profile; Barbera d'Asti brings structure and ripe fruit, with at least four months of aging defining its firm tannins and ruby hue. The third denomination, Terre Alfieri, opens up a dual register: Arneis in white, with delicate floral aromas and a saline finish, and Nebbiolo in red, focused on red fruit of good complexity. The result is a catalog that traverses indigenous varieties and styles, a testament to the diversity of soils and microclimates between Astigiano and Roero. More than a collection of labels, it is a reading of the territory through its grape varieties, where each denomination responds to a precise and recognizable character of the surrounding viticultural landscape.
