Corte Giara Allegrini represents four centuries of viticultural knowledge centred in Fumane's Valpolicella Classica. Under the stewardship of fourth-generation siblings—Francesco, Giovanni, Matteo, and Silvia—the estate sustains the vision of Giovanni Allegrini, whose 1979 decision to plant pure Corvina on La Grola's hilltop reshaped the region's wine identity. Today, Allegrini crafts Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, and regional whites within the sprawling delle Venezie DOC framework, anchoring innovation to ancestral land knowledge and ecological responsibility.
