Dal Verme operates from Torre degli Alberi, a 14th-century tower on the Oltrepò Pavese hills among vineyards, woodland, and farmland. Their metodo classico DOCG sparklings—crafted from Pinot Nero, Chardonnay, and white Pinot varieties—undergo a minimum 15-month maturation, yielding complex spumante and spumante rosé at 11.5% ABV or above.
