Rooted in Cormons since the late 1800s, Drius Mauro tends the Collio Goriziano terroir where marne, arenaria, and Isonzo gravels sculpt grape flavour across generations. The family—from Sergio through Mauro, Nadia, Denis, Erika and Valentina—stewards vines on soils that are remnants of a 70-million-year-old coral barrier, coaxing elegance and character from Chardonnay, Pinot grigio, Ribolla gialla, Sauvignon and aromatic varieties. Each vintage embodies the estate's vision of territorial expression layered with lived experience.
