ERMMA’ AZIENDA AGRICOLA SANSONE

Founded in 1939 when Nonno Aniello acquired land in the hilltop village of Mandia di Ascea, Ermma' Azienda Agricola Sansone remains a small family operation rooted in Cilento's ancient territory. The estate's olive groves and vineyards—expanded deliberately over generations—now supply oils and wines exclusively from their own land. Under Nonno Mauro and Nonna Ersilia's stewardship, production stays limited and artisanal, a choice that prioritizes quality. Today, their children and grandchildren actively tend these holdings, ensuring continuity while refining traditional methods within the region's distinct climate and soils.
