Esposito Emidio cultivates Patata del Fucino IGP in Trasacco, on the extraordinary terrain of the former Fucino lakebed. This glacial plain, drained in the 19th century, yields potatoes of exceptional consistency: firm-fleshed tubers with unblemished skin and precise geometry.
