F.lli Bortolin Spumanti traces its roots to 1542, when Zan Bortolin first cultivated vines in Sant'Stefano di Valdobbiadene. Today, the winery produces Italian-method sparkling wines in the heart of Valdobbiadene's amphitheatre-shaped hillsides, where ancient seabeds enrich the soil. Manzoni bianco, Pinot bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Riesling renano from their Colli di Conegliano DOCG vineyard yield whites, reds and passito wines—each aged a minimum of four months. Visitors welcome.
