F.LLI ROVERA s.s.a.

F.lli Rovera operates from Spigno Monferrato in the heart of Piedmont's Monferrato hills, where vine cultivation took root at the end of the 19th century under Giuseppe Traversa's direction. Today, the estate crafts three protected denominations: Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG from its namesake variety, Terre Alfieri DOCG spanning Arneis and Nebbiolo expressions, and Barbera d'Asti DOCG with mandatory four-month aging. Across five generations, the house has balanced innovation with the vineyard's original character, operating above 350 metres elevation where hillside tradition endures.
