Ferrero F.lli operates from Castellinaldo d'Alba, where generations of viticulturists have refined their craft across Piedmont's prestigious red-wine zones. The house produces four DOCG expressions: Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba and Dogliani from indigenous Dolcetto grapes, plus Barbaresco and Barolo from Nebbiolo—the latter demanding 38 months' aging to achieve its required minimum 13% alcohol. Each wine captures the sandy hillside terroir of the Roero, where careful selection and respect for raw materials define the cellar's philosophy.
