In the volcanic heart of Oltrepò Pavese, Frecciarossa stands as a testament to vision and reinvention. Founded in 1919 by Mario Odero, a coal trader from Genoa who chose vines over commerce, the estate pioneered Italian sparkling wine exports to America as Prohibition ended. Today, under organic certification since 2017, Frecciarossa crafts Oltrepò Pavese metodo classico DOCG from Pinot nero and Chardonnay varieties. Each bottle reflects fifteen months of meticulous aging, a discipline that transforms cool-climate grapes into elegant spumante and spumante rosé.
