Gallo Azienda Agricola cultivates twenty hectares across Montabone's slopes, where Monferrato's clay and sandstone soils meet grapevines trained on Guyot systems at 320–350 meters altitude. Hand-harvested grapes move directly to the winery, capturing terroir essence in three DOCG expressions: Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato's mineral reds, Terre Alfieri's Arneis whites and structured Nebbiolo, and Barbera d'Asti's four-month-aged depth. Stewardship of these hillsides—part of UNESCO's Langhe-Roero-Monferrato heritage zone—guides every decision.
