Giannitessari

Giannitessari stands in Roncà, at the heart of Verona's Colli Berici plateau, where volcanic soils and altitude converge to shape red wines of mineral precision. Working across both Colli Berici and Vicenza appellations, the producer harnesses Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and rare regional varieties—Tai Rosso and Carmenère—to craft wines that balance structure with finesse, each bottled at minimum regulated strength to capture the zone's terroir complexity.
