In Sordina

In Sordina began production in 2019, reviving dormant vineyard parcels across its 8-hectare holding in the Colli Berici hills near Lonigo. The estate's name echoes both the geological substrate—layers of sedimentary rock—and a philosophy of understated winemaking. Fermentation proceeds without selected yeasts or industrial clarification, allowing Merlot, Tai Rosso, Pinot Nero and other red varieties to develop character unmediated. The approach privileges terroir expression and minimal intervention throughout the cellar.
